Dr. Patrik Stolt is the Managing Director at SiCare Bio and the Chief Revenue Officer at TruTag Technologies. He joined TruTag after spending nine years with Intertek, plc, a global leader in assurance, testing, inspection, and certification solutions. At Intertek, Dr. Stolt held a position as Global Product Line Leader. A technology-focused entrepreneur, Dr. Stolt co-founded several successful ventures around the world and commercialized new technologies in biotechnology, agriculture, and food. He received a Ph.D. in Genetics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and also attended the Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Dr. Stolt has also supported the World Bank and the UN as a consultant in India, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Wong is the President of SiCare Bio and is the President and co-founder of TruTag Technologies. His career has focused on providing strategic guidance to technology companies at critical inflection points. Prior to SiCare Bio and TruTag, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for educational technology developer LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc., where he helped the company prepare for and complete its successful initial public offering (2002 IPO of the Year), expand internationally, and complete many significant IP transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Wong was Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Quokka Sports, Inc., a digital media company, joining prior to its IPO and handling multiple acquisitions and financings. Mr. Wong was previously a business attorney at the Cooley LLP and Howard, Rice (now Arnold & Porter LLP) law firms in San Francisco, where he focused on corporate transactions such as VC financings, M&A, and public offerings. Mr. Wong earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings College of Law).

Dr. Sailor is the Chief Scientific Officer at SiCare Bio and Distinguished Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of California, San Diego, Director of the NSF-funded UC San Diego Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (MRSEC), and co-Director of the UC San Diego Institute for Materials Discovery and Design. He is on the executive steering committee for UCSD’s Materials Science PhD Program and a member of the Moores Cancer Center at UCSD.   Dr. Sailor is widely regarded as one of the leading global authorities on porous silicon.  He has authored over 200 research publications in subjects related to nanotechnology, biomaterials, chemistry, sensors and electrochemistry, and is a named inventor on over 25 issued or pending patents.  Dr. Sailor is on the editorial advisory board of the journals Advanced Materials, Advanced Healthcare Materials, ACS Nano, and Chemical Communications.  He also has served on the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, for which he earned the US Air Force’s Award for Meritorious Civilian Service.  Dr. Sailor earned his undergraduate degree from Harvey Mudd College and a Masters and PhD from Northwestern University.

Ms. Falco is Chief Quality Officer of SiCare Bio and VP, Quality of TruTag Technologies. She has extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory matters in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining SiCare Bio and TruTag, Ms. Falco provided consulting services to a variety of pharma companies. She has served as Executive Director for QA and Site Quality Head for Abbott Laboratories, Executive Director of Quality Assurance and Head of QA, Commercial Product, R&D, Clinical for Kos Pharmaceuticals, and as Quality Control Manager and DEA Coordinator for Johnson Matthey. MS. Falco has a BS from Pennsylvania State University, University Park.
